Did my insurance make a payment?

There are a few ways to find out if your insurance company made a payment on a claim.

There are a few ways to find out if your insurance company made a payment on a claim.

One, you can login to the insurance company member services portal to review all claims filed on your behalf.

Two, you can call your insurance company through the member services phone number located on your insurance card to check the status of a claim.

Three, you can access your Food Allergy Institute (FAI) billing account through our AdvancedMD Patient Portal (registration is required).

Lastly, you can call the Billing Department to check the status of your claim at 562-490-9900, option 4 (Billing), then option 3 (Clinic Billing) or email us at patientbilling@tpirc.org.
