Do you treat food sensitivities?

Yes. We treat virtually all IgE-mediated responses, even without anaphylaxis. Some patients in our program have only sensitized foods, but we still address them to prevent these foods from potentially becoming anaphylactic in the future. Diagnostic testing will confirm if the response is IgE-mediated or not.
