How many allergists are at FAI and how does the treatment process work?
The Tolerance Induction Program (TIP) care plan is created using a proprietary machine learning algorithm designed by board certified allergist Dr. Inderpal Randhawa. This algorithm analyzes past patient data to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring the safest and most effective care for each patient.
Patient care is delivered through a pod-based model and overseen by a team of over 100 providers, including pediatricians, physician assistants (PAs), nurse practitioners (NPs), and registered nurses (RNs & LVNs). Additionally, care is supported by our specialty medical group, Lung and Health Allergy Associates (LAHA), which includes allergists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists, and immunologists, ensuring a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach to treatment.
