How do I pay my medical bills?

TIP fees, Clinical fees, and Diagnostic fees each have separate payment portals.

For Clinical Invoices: You can pay online through our AdvancedMD Patient Portal. On the first statement that you receive in the mail, you will be directed to email patientbilling@tpirc.org to set up your account (you can do this at any time if you are a current patient) and an invitation to register will be provided. You will also receive an email statement with access to your balance via a link to make a payment with the option to register.

Once registered, on the portal home page, you can view your account balance and current balance due as well as make a payment by clicking the “Pay My Bill” button. When making a payment you can pay the total balance, statement balance, or other amount.

For TPIRC Diagnostics Invoices: Please contact Change Healthcare at 833-784-0931 or 866-500-9722. You may also contact your insurance company directly or navigate to your insurance company’s member portal to check the status of your claim. Change Healthcare is the third-party billing company that we use only for TPIRC Diagnostics' billing.


For TIP Fee Invoices: You can pay online here. You can set up autopay for these payments.
