What time frame does the initial TIP deposit cover?

The initial deposit covers the first month of participation in the program (membership). 

Bundle Plan participants enrolled in TIP are billed 30 days from their enlisted onboarding date. For insured patients, the TIP Fee begins either 60 days from the date of deposit or 30 days from the onboarding date, whichever date comes first.
