The invoice you received from Lung & Allergy Health Associates or TPIRC Medical Foundation is for services provided to you at the FAI clinic.

The invoice you received from Lung & Allergy Health Associates or TPIRC Medical Foundation is for services provided to you at Food Allergy Institute's clinic.

After your insurance has processed your claim, an invoice is provided to you to submit a payment for any patient co-shares after insurance.

If you received an invoice from Lung & Allergy Health Associates or TPIRC Medical Foundation, you may return the invoice with your credit card information to process the payment or personal check, or you can pay online through our AdvancedMD Patient Portal.
