Is my insurance going to cover my visit?

We encourage everyone to contact their insurance company to confirm coverage because each plan and available benefits are different.

You may find the insurance company member services number located on the back of your insurance card. You may find Food Allergy Institute's billing entity and charge information here.

As part of our services, the Billing Department will email you approximately 5 weeks before your appointment with detailed information regarding your insurance eligibility and plan benefits, and whether you are in-network or out-of-network, and/or if an authorization is required.

If authorization is required, we encourage you to call your insurance company through the member services phone number located on your insurance card to check the status of your request.
