Is my TIP deposit eligible for a refund?
Only newly enrolled participants in the program are eligible for a refund of the TIP fee*
If a patient has not attended their scheduled onboarding appointment, they will qualify for a refund of the TIP fee.*
If a patient attended their scheduled onboarding appointment, then they will have up to 10 business days from their onboarding appointment date to request to be discharged from the program for a full refund of only the TIP fee portion of the bundle.* After the two-week period has expired, no refunds will be processed.
