Is my TIP deposit eligible for a refund?

Only newly enrolled participants in the program are eligible for a refund.

Only newly enrolled TIP patients are eligible for a refund*. If a patient has not attended their scheduled onboarding appointment, they will qualify for a full refund*.

If a patient attended their scheduled onboarding appointment, then they will have up to two (2) weeks from their onboarding appointment date to request to be discharged from the program with a full refund*. After the two-week period has expired, no refunds will be processed.
