When an active participant would like to “pause” treatment, then the participant is required to contact our provider on-call team to discuss safe options.
If you would like to “pause” treatment, please contact our provider on-call team via TIP Help by accessing the TIP Connect Portal. The provider on-call team will determine the safest options for the patient. When a “pause” plan is determined, the provider on-call team will alert the billing team on the next steps.The participant is only allowed to safely “pause” treatments for up to three (3) months. Any timeframe longer than three (3) months will be considered a discharge from the program.
