Once I reach Remission, do I/my child need to return for testing at Food Allergy Institute?

Yes. Our ultimate goal is to ensure a lifetime of Food Freedom. To do so, patients are required to return for Annual Remission Visits where they will undergo testing and meet with a physician to confirm their immune system is responding in remission and adjust their maintenance. Annual testing is especially vital in the first two years of remission. Once patients are deeper into remission, ongoing follow-up testing frequency will be determined by your physician.
