What should we do to prepare for our first in-person visit?
There are a few things you can do to prepare for your child’s first in-person appointment, also known as their onboarding appointment
Arrive to our treatment center 15 minutes early for check-in.
Seven days before your first appointment, please stop all antihistamine use.
If your child develops an illness before or on the day of their onboarding appointment, please call the enrollment department to reschedule (562-490-9900, option 2).
Ensure that your child arrives to their appointment well-fed and fully hydrated. Your child will be completing blood work at this visit.
Please do not fast for the blood work. After completing the onboarding blood draw, do not fly for at least three hours.
Relax knowing that your child is on their way to food freedom!
