Will FAI continue to follow up with me/my child after remission?

Yes, we will send a check-in email to you 3 months, 6 months, and 9 months after your remission visit to see how you are doing. At the 6 month and 9 month mark, you will be prompted to answer a few questions on how remission has been going so we can document your progress. The 9-month questionnaire is vital to help us prepare for the Annual Remission Visit.
