Why is there an age cut-off?

We currently treat patients from 18 months - 50 years old. Patients 30-50 years old are currently going through a screening process. While we hope to expand our food allergy treatment to all older age groups in the future, we are currently still in the process of researching and collecting the necessary data to administer effective treatment.
