There are a few ways to find out if your insurance company authorized services for an upcoming appointment.
- Login to the insurance company member services portal to review all requests filed on your behalf.
- Call your insurance company through the member services phone number located on your insurance card to check the status of a request.
- Call the Billing Department to check the status of your claim at 562-490-9900, option 4 (Billing), then option 3 (Clinic Billing) or email us at authorizations@tpirc.org.
- If you are a new patient and your Primary Care Provider (PCP) filed a request on your behalf, please contact your PCP to check the status of the request.
